If it's in a package, it's generally processed food. You need to start look for food that isn't packaged like this so that you can have a more natural diet that you can be eating.
Add whole fruit into your diet everyday. You should have some with breakfast and bring some along with you during your day so that you can have snacks that you can eat that are healthy.
Add whole vegetables into your diet. These are very cheap especially if you get the frozen kind. Get multiple bags of vegetables and eat them with your meals. Try to eat these with a variety of your meals each day.
Look into the methods that the food you eat is made. If you examine the process you will be able to tell if it's very processed or not. Sometimes you might find a less processed variety. For example you could eat meat that is grass fed and doesn't have so many chemicals in it.
Start cooking your own meals. One of the main reasons that there are so many problems with processed foods is that you aren't making your own meals from natural ingredients. If you cook more you will naturally cut back.
If you look at the label and can read most of the ingredients, it's probably less processed. If you look at it and see a number of chemicals that you can't really pronounce, you might want to skip it for a more natural alternatives.
