It is also namely the best meditation technique now present. And, there are a few yoga exercises that are more effective than the other. These exercises help to lower your stress level and also makes your body to use your food as energy and not to store it as fat which later leads to weight loss which so many desire.
Hover, willow, rocking boat and crescent are the mostly used yoga poses.
When you are doing hover make sure to position yourself in a push-up position with your body aligned from head to toe. Your arms should be close to your body lower your body towards the floor while exhaling while bending your elbows back. Now wait till a few seconds before you go back to the ground and repeat the same process at least 3 times.
When it comes to willow, it is the most effective way to lose your weight and gain a good body and it is easier to do then most other poses.The following steps should be followed stand with your feet close together and arms close at your side place the sole of the left foot in the inner thigh of the right leg.
Also touch your palms in a meditation pose in front of your chest inhale and exhale 2 ties in this position then on the third inhalation, extend your arms towards the ceiling slowly exhale while twisting torso to the right then return to the original standing position. Switch sides and repeat the same procedure.
Moving onto the next which is the rocking boat, which is compared to the early willow is one of the hardest poses to lose weight. The following steps are usually followed Sit on the ground with knees bent and with hands on your thighs inhale and lean back for about 45 degrees raising your feet in the process.
Make sure your shape is like a V. Now slowly lower your legs to form a wider V while you exhale. But, make sure your legs do not touch the ground and then repeat the same thing 3 to 5 times.
Now the last and the most commonly used yoga poses, Crescent. Stand with your feet close together, all your toes should be pointing forward and your arms should be at your side.
Now, slowly raise your arms upwards while you inhale. Now, exhale and your fingertips must be extended while you bend your body forwards from the hips until it reaches the ground.Inhale again using the inhalation posture exhale and while doing so, bend your left knee at an angle of 90 degrees and step your right leg back into a lunge. Arms should be extended towards the ceiling. Go back to original standing position and repeat this.
